Tropical and a little bitter.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz dark rum
- 3/4 oz Campari
- 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Ice
Steps
- Shake everything with ice.
- Strain over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
Make it a mocktail
Pineapple juice, lime juice and a non alcoholic bitter aperitif.
