White Sangria

White Sangria

Dry white wine and Lillet with peach, green apple, lemon and mint. Chill it in a pitcher and top with soda.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle dry white wine, chilled (pinot grigio or chenin blanc)
  • 4 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 1 medium peach, pitted and sliced
  • 1 green apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 3 mint sprigs
  • Chilled club soda to top (optional)

Steps

  1. Stir the wine, Lillet, fruit and mint together in a pitcher.
  2. Chill for up to 4 hours.
  3. Pour into 4 to 6 wine glasses and top with club soda if you like.

Make it a mocktail

Add a non alcohol swap. Use white grape juice and sparkling water instead of the wine and Lillet, and keep all the fruit.
