A lemony gin sour with bitters.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • Ice

Steps

  1. Shake the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice.
  2. Strain over fresh ice.
  3. Add the bitters on top and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Make it a mocktail

Skip the gin and top lemon, syrup and bitters with soda water.
