Greenhorn
A stirred tequila drink with melon liqueur and a bitter French aperitif. No citrus, just smooth and herbal.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz blanco tequila
- 1 oz Midori
- 3/4 oz Suze
- Ice
- Green maraschino cherry to garnish
Steps
- Add the tequila, Midori and Suze to a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a Nick and Nora glass and garnish with a green cherry.
Make it a mocktail
Add a non alcohol swap. Use zero proof tequila with a splash of melon syrup and a non alcoholic bitter aperitif.
