Snowy Beach

A frosty blue tequila drink with coconut, pineapple and a touch of mint, served over crushed ice.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Suavecito Blanco tequila
• 1/2 oz blue orange liqueur (orange liqueur with 2 drops blue food colouring)
• 1/4 oz crème de menthe
• 1 oz coconut puree
• 1/2 oz pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• Mint sprig and pineapple slice to garnish

Steps

1. Shake everything with crushed ice until well chilled.
2. Pour into a snifter or old fashioned glass and top with fresh crushed ice.
3. Garnish with a mint sprig and a pineapple slice.
