White Sangria
Dry white wine and Lillet with peach, green apple, lemon and mint. Chill it in a pitcher and top with soda.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle dry white wine, chilled (pinot grigio or chenin blanc)
- 4 oz Lillet Blanc
- 1 medium peach, pitted and sliced
- 1 green apple, cored and sliced
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 3 mint sprigs
- Chilled club soda to top (optional)
Steps
- Stir the wine, Lillet, fruit and mint together in a pitcher.
- Chill for up to 4 hours.
- Pour into 4 to 6 wine glasses and top with club soda if you like.
Make it a mocktail
Add a non alcohol swap. Use white grape juice and sparkling water instead of the wine and Lillet, and keep all the fruit.
