Spiced Tequila Apple Cider

Reposado tequila and Cointreau with spiced apple cider and maple, shaken with egg white and topped with sparkling water.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Suavecito Reposado tequila
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 6 oz spiced apple cider
  • 1/2 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 oz maple syrup
  • 1 tsp egg white
  • 2 oz Topo Chico
  • 2 tbsp turbinado sugar and a pinch of cinnamon for the rim

Steps

  1. Shake the tequila, Cointreau, cider, orange juice, maple syrup and egg white without ice so the egg turns foamy.
  2. Rim a glass with the cinnamon sugar and fill it with ice.
  3. Pour in the shaken drink and top with Topo Chico.

Make it a mocktail

Leave the alcohol out. Leave out the tequila and Cointreau. Shake spiced cider, orange juice and maple, then top with sparkling water.
